Conflict Resolution Mediation
Many people work/minister/are married to someone for years and never resolve the disagreements between them. These disagreements become unspoken conflicts that flare the tensions if they are approached. They are often called "elephants in the room." You can get rid of the elephants and keep them from coming back. You can reach a resolution.
David Freeman spent four years getting this specialized facilitation training, and takes refresher trainings, so we can make it available to the people and churches we serve. The process is confidential and voluntary. A mediator enables you to follow a good conflict resolution process so you can develop workable solutions that will bring resolve in the relationship(s) and functioning.
We recommend you attend the Interpersonal Conflict Resolution Seminar before mediation. We hope you will continue with Conflict Resolution Coaching after the mediation to solidify the dynamic and rewarding functioning into the future.
